New Voice FNOL Accelerator From Liberate Debuts on Guidewire Marketplace and Deepens Liberate’s Insurance Domain Roots

Liberate has launched its Voice FNOL Accelerator for Guidewire ClaimCenter on Guidewire Marketplace, giving carriers a prebuilt way to automate 24/7 claim intake with insurance-native AI voice agents. Instead of staff rekeying calls into ClaimCenter, the agent runs the full first notice of loss, validates the policy in real time via PolicyCenter, and submits the claim straight into ClaimCenter, warm-transferring to a live rep when needed.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (July XX, 2026) — Liberate, the AI-native agentic platform purpose-built for the insurance industry, today announced that its new accelerator is now available for download from Guidewire Marketplace. Liberate’s Voice First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Accelerator for Guidewire ClaimCenter enables insurance carriers to automate 24/7 claim intake via AI-powered voice agents.

The current FNOL intake model at most carriers can be inflexible. Operations are constrained by call center hours and rely on human customer support operators for repetitive, manual data capture. Claims are rekeyed from phone calls into ClaimCenter by support staff, resulting in inconsistent intake quality, processing delays and elevated operational costs. Policy validation during intake can also be slow or unavailable.

“The current FNOL model deployed by carriers is diminishing the opportunity to open new claims and driving razor-thin margins for carriers across the industry. Too much reliance is placed on outdated, manual processes. When automation is used, the handoffs to human agents are disruptive to the caller experience,” said Amrish Singh, CEO of Liberate. “Our voice FNOL agents are built specifically for the insurance industry, battle-tested to meet the demands of carriers, and we’re excited to be deploying them through Guidewire Marketplace.”

Liberate’s accelerator for Guidewire streamlines the automated intake process, eliminating manual data entry and delivering straight-through claim submission into ClaimCenter via a prebuilt integration that connects Liberate’s AI-powered voice agents to Guidewire Cloud.

When a policyholder calls to file a claim, Liberate’s voice agent guides them through the full FNOL process, capturing policy details, incident information, and identity verification. The workflow automatically validates the policy via Guidewire PolicyCenter, then creates, enriches and submits the claim in ClaimCenter via Guidewire Cloud REST APIs.

Liberate’s Guidewire accelerator has several key benefits:

Benefits

  • Always-on 24/7 FNOL intake, so no staffed call center hours are required
  • Straight-through claim creation and submission into ClaimCenter (draft → contact → reporter → submit)
  • Real-time policy validation via PolicyCenter before claim creation
  • Controlled warm transfer to a live agent with full call context when needed
